Cator, Ruma & Associates provided the mechanical and electrical design of a new expansion project for the Townsend Justice Center in Natrona County. The project involved the remodel of approximately 53,000-square-feet of the Old Townsend Hotel and a new addition of approximately 39,000-square-feet.

The project included new District Courts, Circuit Courts, Jury Deliberation Rooms, Judges Chambers, Juvenile Hearing Room, office space, vehicle sally port, and holding cells.

Mechanical systems provided for this project included high-efficiency condensing type boilers and variable air volume air handling units. In addition, we designed architectural lighting for the façade/site, courtrooms, and public areas, including a custom designed direct/indirect chandelier in the entry lobby.
